Microsoft AI Business Solutions Ambassador

Pax8 is hiring a Microsoft AI Business Solutions Ambassador in Zwolle, Netherlands, to bring Microsoft Copilot and Modern Work solutions to life for managed service providers across Benelux. Initial 12 Month Fixed Term Position.

Become a trusted voice for Microsoft AI:
Make Copilot and Modern Work relevant, understandable and commercially compelling through webinars, partner presentations, Microsoft events and Cloud Summit sessions.

Turn complexity into opportunity:
Translate technical developments into clear stories about customer value, partner differentiation and revenue growth.

Create partner growth:
Identify managed service providers with strong potential, explore their goals and help them build practical plans for customer acquisition, adoption and expansion.

Build market visibility:
Establish a credible presence across Benelux so partners know where to turn for Microsoft Copilot and Modern Work insight.

Measure, learn and adapt:
Track activity, assess what is gaining traction and refine the plan as partner needs and Microsoft priorities evolve.

You’ll help create a thriving local Microsoft Copilot and Modern Work business rather than simply inherit an established programme. Your work will give partners greater confidence, turn emerging technology into practical growth opportunities and create momentum across the regional ecosystem.

• Are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Can engage an audience through webinars, presentations and events without losing sight of the planning and follow‑through behind them.
• Turn technical detail into clear, commercially relevant messages for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Bring substantial experience in partner‑facing sales, business development, channel account management or partner success, ideally within the technology channel.
• Understand the Microsoft partner ecosystem, cloud marketplaces and indirect sales models.
• Can create structure, set priorities and deliver a regional plan with a high level of independence.
• Are comfortable collaborating across several stakeholder groups while navigating changing expectations and ambiguity.
• Approach pipeline, activity and opportunity management with organisation and discipline.
• Are willing to travel approximately once or twice per month for partner meetings, Microsoft office visits and events.
• Hold relevant Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or a relevant Copilot, Modern Work or Azure fundamentals certification.
• Bring French‑language capability as an additional advantage, although it is not essential.
