Triade Vitree zoekt een Ambulant gezinshulpverlener die gezinnen thuis in Zwolle begeleidt. Je leert families hun kracht zien en helpt een realistisch plan te maken, met aandacht voor jeugdige ontwikkeling. De behandelduur varieert van 6 weken tot 9 maanden, afhankelijk van complexiteit, volgens IAG-methodiek.
Je werkt in een warm team van circa 15 collega’s en schakelt regelmatig met ouders en kinderen, ook buiten kantooruren om aan te sluiten bij hun leefwereld.
