RIBW Overijssel zoekt een Ondersteunend Woonbegeleider voor beschermd wonen in Zwolle. Je ondersteunt cliënten bij het dagelijks leven, bewaakt hun veiligheid en werkt samen met collega’s en betrokken zorgprofessionals.
Je hebt een praktische, empathische aanpak, bent flexibel in diensten (avond, vroege, weekend) en draagt bij aan herstel en zelfstandigheid van cliënten. Je krijgt een hecht team, een woning-gestuurde zorgomgeving en een marktconforme beloning volgens CAO GGZ functiegroep 35.
