zeker® zoekt een daadkrachtige Jeugdconsulent die gezinnen op huisbezoek ondersteunt rondom zorg voor kinderen tot 18 jaar. Je combineert empathie met stevige besluitvorming en bouwt vertrouwen op met jeugd, ouders en samenwerkingspartners.
Je hebt een HBO-diploma in Social Work/Pedagogiek of Maatschappelijk Werk en Dienstverlening, SKJ-registratie, en minimaal 1 jaar gemeentelijke ervaring. Een rijbewijs B is vereist.
