Manpower is currently hiring mail sorters for PostNL in Zwolle, located at Anthony Fokkerstraat 2, 8013 NS.
We’re looking for candidates who have their own means of transport, as the location is not easily accessible by public transport. You’ll primarily be working morning shifts, but we’d appreciate your flexibility to work other shifts if needed.
Please note:
there is no guarantee of fixed hours, as your schedule depends on the available workload ever, we do ask that you're available for at least 15 hours per week, with shifts usually lasting between 3 to 5 hours. Weekly hours may vary depending on PostNL’s volume of work.
As a mail sorter, you’ll be responsible for sorting national mail using machines. This is a physically demanding job, as you’ll be standing throughout your shift and regularly lifting heavy mail containers. Accuracy is key; you’ll need to ensure that all mail is sorted correctly and delivered to the right address.
What you’ll get- Gross hourly wage of €14.40

- Shift allowance of 20% for hours worked between 20:00 and 22:00, and 40% for hours between 22:00 and 6:00
Shifts are scheduled between 06:00 and 15:00, depending on PostNL’s needs. A typical shift lasts 3 to 5 hours, and total working hours may vary per week.
Requirements- Good command of Dutch and/or English (due to safety instructions and communication)
- Own transportation (for morning, evening, or night shifts)
- Able to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
