Manpower is hiring night shift mail sorters for PostNL’s sorting center in Zwolle (Anthony Fokkerstraat 2, 8013 NS). This is a flexible job where hours depend on PostNL’s workload, with no fixed hour guarantee. You must be available for at least 15 hours per week.

Shifts typically last 3 to 5 hours. The location is not easily accessible by public transport, so your own transportation is required.

• Operate mail sorting machines
• Stand for long periods during your shift
• Lift and move heavy mail containers
• Ensure all mail is sorted accurately and efficiently

This is a physical and active role that requires attention to detail—every item must reach the right destination!

• Gross salary of €14.40 per hour
• Travel allowance (as per PostNL policy)
• Temporary contract through Manpower

• Evening allowance: +20% (20:00–22:00)
• Night allowance: +40% (22:00–06:00)

Shifts are scheduled between 23:00 and 07:00. You will be assigned hours within this timeframe. An average shift lasts 3 to 5 hours.

• Good command of Dutch and/or English, due to safety instructions and communication
• Own means of transportation for morning, evening, and night shifts
• Able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
