Introduction to Animation Summer Course:
- Duration: 3 weeks in July & August

A series of workshops, seminars and practical sessions will introduce you to the 12 principles of animation in theory and practice, using 2D animation exercises to explore the fundamentals and develop your drawing skills.

You will learn how to animate objects using traditional and contemporary animation techniques, experimenting with space, timing and interaction.

Our tutors will guide you through the application and use of post-production software and you will gain an understanding of editing techniques and creative post-production processes.

At the end of the course, there will be a screening of the animated films created during the course with the opportunity for critique and feedback.
