ISSOS, Summer School 2026 at St Andrews & Cambridge Universities:
Study in the world-famous university town of Cambridge in south-east England this summer with ISSOS! We offer all-inclusive 3-week summer school programs in July and August to international students aged 13-18 years. Cambridge is ideally located only 50 miles / 80 km north-east of Central London. All students will be picked up by a uniformed member of staff at the selected international airport.

Business Studies & Entrepreneurship Summer Program in 2026:
Offered in Cambridge, England & St Andrews, Scotland.

Students must choose one academic subject and one elective subject to study during their 3-week program.

Students at Cambridge have the opportunity to take Business Studies & Entrepreneurship as an academic subject.

The elective courses that can be taken alongside this course are: Theatre; Tennis; Photography or Outdoor Leadership.

Course Content:
This unique program introduces students to the world of enterprise and helps to build their confidence, develop their communications skills and engage their imagination to discover their passion for business.

Students will learn about the fundamentals of starting a business and marketing a product and what it takes to be an entrepreneur. 

Through a series of practical tasks, interactive workshops and case studies, students will learn about some of the most successful businesses in the world and understand what makes them work.

In small groups, students will generate ideas for products or businesses and will present these ideas to a panel. In addition they will research how to market their product and generate interest.

As well as learning to write a business plan students will investigate the inner workings of a successful company: how a business operates, the leadership qualities of effective managers and leaders and how to build a successful team.

Participants are challenged to further develop their interpersonal and leadership skills through an enhanced curriculum that includes: Public Speaking and Presentation Skills; Goal setting and time management; Team building and managing others; Marketing of a product and or business.
