El Instituto de Estudios Norteamericanos fue fundado en el año 1951 como una asociación privada, sin ánimo de lucro, destinada a promover el intercambio cultural, desde Cataluña, con los Estados Unidos de América. Nuestra actividad principal es la enseñanza de la lengua y la cultura norteamericanas, mediante un profesorado altamente cualificado y un sistema de enseñanza basado en la interacción en clase entre el profesor y el alumno. Entendemos que esta fórmula directa de relación personal es la más rápida y eficaz para el aprendizaje de la lengua.
Barcelona, una ciudad con más de 2000 años de historia, se encuentra en el nordeste de España en la costa mediterránea, aproximadamente a dos horas de la frontera con Francia.
Como capital de Cataluña, es una ciudad sofisticada y cosmopolita, bien conocida por su diseño, arquitectura y cultura. Fue sede de los Juegos Olímpicos de 1992.

Since 2003, this quick online English test has been taken by thousands of English language students each week.
It allows you to check your English grammar skills, and helps to determine what level of English you should be studying at.
The number of questions in the test depends on your level. When you complete the test, you will be told what your current level is - from Level 1 to Level 8 (beginner to advanced).
Doing the test once will give you a direct indication of your current English language level. However, it is recommended that you complete the test up to five times. Your average result will be an accurate representation of your level.

Academia Paraninfo es una escuela de idiomas en Madrid, España. En nuestro centro de formación impartimos los siguientes cursos de inglés: clases básicos, avanzados, intensivos y cursos de preparación para exámenes First (FCE), Advanced (CAE), Proficiency (CPE) , TOEFL y TOEIC.Todos nuestros programas de idiomas están adaptados al Marco Común Europeo de Referencia para las Lenguas del Departamento de política linguística del Consejo de Europa. El Marco Común permite comparar el nivel de conocimientos en todas las lenguas de la Unión Europea. Profesores nativos, titulados, experimentados y altamente cualificados.
Los cursos de inglés se imparten de lunes a viernes en horario continuado de 8h a 21h y los sábados de 10h a 14h. La distribución de nuestras clases es la siguiente, a elegir:
