Gastronomicom is an internationally-renowned French culinary school that provides professional-style cooking courses in Coral Gables, just southwest of Downtown Miami, and close to Miami International Airport. We offer a range of short and long-term French cooking programs at Michelin Star level for Florida, U.S.-based and international students. Our chef training courses include general French Cooking & Pastry classes, as well as a special 1-year program that includes 6 months of hands-on classes in Miami and France, followed by 6 months internship work in the South of France.

Programs at our International Culinary Academy enable students to learn the Arts of French Cooking and Pastry at a one Michelin star level (the best reference in the world for high quality Hotel-Restaurants or Restaurants).
French Cooking / Pastry Certificate Courses:
• 1 week / 2 week Discovery Program (Short program for amateurs / non-professionals)
• 1 Month Gourmet Program (Short program for professionals or beginners wishing to improve their French cooking skills)
• 2 Month Epicure Program (Program for professionals and beginners taught at one Michelin star level)
• 3 Month Gastronomic Program (Consists of the 8-week Epicure program followed by 4 weeks of teaching at Level III)
- Students in these courses choose a Cooking or Pastry module
Special 1-Year Miami / South of France Cooking Program:
- 3 months study in Miami + 3 months study in the South of France + 6 months internship in France
