Conveniently located in Coral Gables, just southwest of Downtown Miami and close to Miami International Airport., we provide French Cooking and French Pastry classes for Florida, U.S.-based and international students. 

As well as our standard 1-month, 2-month, and 3-month chef training programs, we also offer a special 1-year program that includes 6 months of hands of classes in Miami and France, as well as 6 months internship work in the South of France.

In addition, we provide 1-week and 2-week culinary programs for beginners who can choose to study French Cooking or French Pastry.
