Business Italian Courses in Florence:

- Business Italian Course - 4 hours per day:
In this course, you receive 4 hours of Business Italian classes per day in groups of no more than 8 students.

In addition to Italian grammar and syntax, this hands-on course will teach you the Italian you need for:

- meeting customers and visitors
- telephoning
- travelling for work
- negotiating
- handling business correspondence
- commercial papers
- marketing and sales
- import export
- e-mails, memos & faxes

Case studies illustrate concepts, and you'll have the opportunity to practice skills in small groups and role plays. If you have your own business, or if you are going to start it, this is the very course for you!

Intensive Business Italian Course - 6 hours per day:
This course covers the same topics as the Business Italian course above but in a more intensive format. Students study for 30 hours weekly - 6 hours a day. You can choose 1, 2, 3, 4 or more weeks of teaching.

These are short, intensive courses designed to make the most of your time. Classes will have a maximum of eight students.

- Private Business Italian Course:
Individual specialised courses for everyone: Italian for bankers; Italian for lawyers; Italian for trade; Italian for managers; Italian for wine traders and experts; Italian for cooking; Italian for shopping.

- Post-School Vocational Course:
It is now possible - with the Scuola Toscana superior-level certification of knowledge of Italian (or AIL certification) - to enrole in the vocational courses run by the "Confcommercio", the Italian Confederation of Commerce.

Their courses are recognised throughout Italy and include Marketing, Shop Management, Sales Techniques, Window Dressing, Packaging, Office automation, etc.
