Ecole Ducasse – Paris Campus:
Ducasse Education is a leading culinary arts school in France, run by the world-famous chef Alain Ducasse. We provide intensive year-round and summer culinary programs for French students and international students from around the world.
We have two schools: Centre Formation Alain Ducasse in Argenteuil, a north-western Paris suburb; and Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie, in Yssingeaux, in the Haute-Loire department in south-central France.
Taught in the English or French language, all of our cooking courses combine theory with plenty of hands-on training. In our longer programs, students also have the opportunity to take part in an internship in an authentic French restaurant.
Our professional kitchens offer students the opportunity to improve existing skills or to develop new cooking techniques thanks to the use of state-of-the-art equipment.
