Art Program & Artist Studio Space in Barcelona, Spain

Estudio Nomada:
Estudio Nómada is an independent art school and artistic studio in the heart of the vibrant Gothic area in Barcelona, on the north-eastern Mediterranean coast of Spain. Our summer and year-round international art program in English (or Dutch) is for professional artists and future artists that wish to work intensively on a lasting artistic and personal development. We also offer an intensive Art / Spanish Language Immersion course, as well as summer masterclasses.

The program is designed and customized for - Professional artists who want to enhance their working process and/or their entrepreneurial skills; Future art students who need to improve their skills and prepare their portfolio for their application to art schools; and Art students that want to do an internship abroad in Barcelona.

Location and Facilities:

The studio where you will be working is situated in an old city Palace in the Gòtic neighbourhood. You will work and learn at Estudio Nómada, a very vibrant space where an active group of young artists is making art. The studios have Wifi, electricity and a table and chair. You will get your own key on arrival. You can use the tools at Estudio Nómada. Additional material or specific equipment you have to buy or bring yourself. We expect you to take good care of your studio.

We can help you find a house or room in town if you can’t find one on your own.
