Starting with IATA accredited and industry recognised Travel Consultant courses, Hayton developed into an Australia-wide private training provider delivering classroom training courses to airline personnel, travel agents and employees of many travel related companies, as well as beginners with no previous experience of the Travel Industry.
Course Delivery:
Hayton uses two different learning management systems to deliver its courses to you. One (accessed through the course-ware browser) provides the CRS/GDS and IATA Fares courses, the other system (accessed through a standard web browser) provides the other courses. The system requirements for a Hayton College course are a reasonably modern PC and a broadband internet connection. Most computers bought new within the past 5 - 8 years should meet the minimum requirements. Aside from the computer system, your physical learning environment is just as important. A quiet, safe environment (check for cords), an ergonomically correct comfortable chair, good lighting, notetaking material (pens/pencils), minimal distractions and disruptions are essential for an effective learning experience. Self discipline and a passion for travel will help!

IATA (International Air Transport Association) – Hayton’s specialist IATA fares and Ticketing courses teach the Mileage System of Fare Construction – the background knowledge required to accurately construct global airfares.
