Camp Cooper provides 2, 4 and 6-week residential summer camps for children and teenagers ages 7-17 from around the world. We offer optional English language tuition to non-native English speakers, and aim to teach English in a fun, creative and supportive environment.

Summer English Course:
Our daily English lessons are engaging, fun and significantly improve our camper’s English language skills. Designed to practice camper’s core skills, our structured classes cover vocabulary, grammar, writing, reading, and listening with emphasis on improving each student's confidence in spoken English.

With classes to suit all levels from beginner to advanced, campers learn with others of a similar level. Using traditional teaching methods combined with creative activities such as songs, games, debate, drama, & producing a Camp newspaper to inspire and motivate our campers. 

Our classes carefully mix personal & group work with individual attention from the teacher, and our nurturing and challenging environment ensures to bring out the best in our campers.

Camp Cooper offers campers maximum opportunities to learn or improve their English language skills. Campers benefit from:

• 10 hours per week of English language lessons
• Maximum class sizes of 12 campers
• Afternoon & evening programmes run entirely in English so campers can use their new language skills in context
• A limited number of campers from each nationality, this encourages campers to mix, make new friends and speak English together

Parents receive a certificate and teacher’s report detailing their camper’s achievement.
