International Summer Camp UK - Camp Cooper:
Lights, Camera, Action! Is your child or teenager a budding actor? Camp Cooper in Scotland provide 2, 4, and 6-week residential summer camps for children and teenagers (ages 7-17) from the UK and around the world. Campers can choose from a wide range of electives, including a Performing Arts option that is ideal for children who are interested in drama. Campers can choose up to 2 electives per weekly session, so can combine Performing Arts with English language tuition, art, sports or media.

Performing Arts Elective:
In this course, children explore a range of performance skills including acting, singing, dancing and music. We combine workshops on different theatre skills, and work together as a group to devise a unique show that is performed for the whole camp.

A typical day at Camp Cooper involves 2 individually-chosen elective activities, afternoon activities and evening programmes. In addition, weekend trips are offered.

Drama Workshops include:
- Directing and script writing
- Improvisation activities
- Mime activities
- Roleplays
- Warm-up and vocal exercises
- Final performance

We also offer a range of performance activities, including music, dance, comedy and more.
