Cambridge University ESOL DELTA Diploma Course:
Our 8-week intensive full-time courses are available twice a year.

The Cambridge Diploma (DELTA) is the most prestigious and widely recognised qualification in English Language Teaching. It is intended for candidates who already have substantial experience in teaching English.

DELTA offers the opportunity to:
- deepen your understanding of the principles and practice of teaching the English language to adults;
- apply the results of your learning and reflection to your current teaching position, and more senior roles;
- analyse your current practices and beliefs about English language teaching

Delta Entry Criteria for Barcelona:
Candidates are expected to be college graduates or to have qualified teacher status. Some basic English language teacher training, for example the CELTA or its equivalent, is considered essential for entry. As a guide, two years' of broad ranging and full-time experience in class of teaching English to adults is the minimum prerequisite.
