As a Top Company, your logo is prominently displayed (rotated with other Top Companies) on the jobsite Homepage next to your company name, with a link to your company profile page which contains a summary table with links to all of your job postings. This exposure greatly increases the number of views and applications your job postings receive, and in turn, it greatly increases your chances of finding highly qualified candidates.

2. Your Top Jobs, which are featured (sponsored) job listings, are more prominently displayed in strategic areas of the jobsite, including on the jobsite Homepage. A Top Job posting is rotated along with other Top Jobs in the center area of the jobsite Homepage, and therefore receives much greater national and international exposure than regular job postings which appear in their respective categories and location pages only. The greater exposure brings more applications in turn, and greatly increases your chances of finding highly qualified candidates.

Each Top Job is importantly also prominently displayed (rotated with other Top Jobs) at the top of your two selected employment categories and your job location sections (for your country, state and city area) in the "Top Jobs / Sponsored Listings" table.
