Language and Music for Life, Summer Camps in Europe:
Our summer courses in 2026 will take place in North Yorkshire, England. We very much hope to organise a course in Florence / Italy or in another mainland Europe country in 2027. Further details will be published in August 2026 or earlier if possible. If you are a skilled percussionist, the international summer music program offered by Language and Music for Life (LMFL) in Florence may be ideal for you. This intensive 2-week program is designed for adults & older teenagers (16+) who are highly motivated musicians with advanced levels of musical knowledge. It provides quality tuition from world-class teachers in classical music and jazz, as well as optional foreign language classes. Full board accommodation is available. LMFL also offers an international music summer school in the UK for talented children (ages 6+), teenagers & adults.

International Summer Music (Percussion) Program in UK - 2 weeks:
The following study options may be of interest to talented drummers / percussionists:

- Percussion: 9 hours of one-to-one tuition
- Percussion Workshop: 9 hours
- Jazz Sessions: 9 hours

Other classes include: Chamber Music, Music Composition, Orchestra Conducting, Music Theory, Choir and more.

LMFL offers tuition in a wide range of instruments, including classical guitar, piano, violin, viola, cello, harp, clarinet, oboe, saxophone and more.

All students must be advanced level in at least one discipline, other choices can be at lower level.

Younger students in at least one instrument may also attend the program, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Optional Language Classes:
Our students also have the opportunity to improve their language skills in English, Spanish, French, or Italian. They will learn either in small groups, or private lessons with our qualified and experienced language tutors.
