We have two campuses: Centre Formation Alain Ducasse in Argenteuil, a north-western Paris suburb; and Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie, in Yssingeaux, in the Haute-Loire department in south-central France.
Taught in English, our French Pastry Summer Program is designed for beginners and serious enthusiasts (with no experience necessary) who want to improve their culinary skills.
This 3-month summer course allows you to discover basic professional cooking and baking techniques, and gain in-depth knowledge of what it takes to work in a top professional kitchen through an optional 1-month internship.
