Our summer and spring Pastry Arts programs are intensive training programs which allow you to discover basic professional techniques and knowledge needed to enter in the professional world of culinary or pastry arts. French culinary students and professional chefs alike have benefited from the highest level of personal training offered through the programs of Alain Ducasse for the past 12 years.

This program is ideal for serious enthusiasts who want to discover basic professional cooking and baking techniques, and gain in-depth knowledge of what it takes to work in a top professional kitchen.

This course is open to students over 18 who have a high school diploma or equivalent and are fluent in English or French. You will be taught by top level chef instructors trained within Alain Ducasse teams.
