Ducasse Education, Paris:
Would you like to study at a prestigious culinary arts school in France this summer? Situated in Argenteuil, near Paris, Ducasse Education was founded by Alain Ducasse - the legendary award-winning chef, whose restaurants had a combined total of 21 Michelin stars in 2014. We offer an 2 or 3-month French Pastry Campus program (taught in English) in summer and spring for serious enthusiasts who want to improve their culinary skills. This course allows you to discover basic professional cooking and baking techniques, and gain in-depth knowledge of what it takes to work in a top professional kitchen. In addition, we offer pastry arts programs that range from 2 months to 3 years. In addition to our Argenteuil school, we also have a training center in Yssingeaux, in the Haute-Loire department in south-central France.
French Pastry Campus:
• 2-month skills-building training & a 1-month optional internship (taught in English)
• Spring Session: March - May
• Summer Session: June - SeptemberDucasse Education gives you the opportunity to take an intense 2 or 3-month program in summer or spring to learn the fundamental techniques of French Pastry Arts.
Our 2-month intensive hands-on training programs include:
- Practical training in the laboratory
- French language courses
- Food Science, Applied technology & First aid Instruction
Our Pastry Arts cooking course is open to both international students from around the world and to French students. Course modules include:

• French Pastry Arts Diploma Program:
5.5-month skills-building training & 2-month internship in a French restaurant (taught in English)
