- Personal Fitness Training Diploma Program:
Our comprehensive Personal Fitness Training diploma program is a nationally recognized license that enables you to work throughout the United States. We provide free nationwide job placement assistance for all our graduates, as well as free ongoing consultation with nutritionists, and fitness experts. Financial assistance is offered to those who qualify.
Course Structure:
500-hour comprehensive program that can be completed in 6 months (5 hours a day, 4 days a week) or over the course of 1 year (8 hours every Saturday). Training includes 300 hours of classroom instruction plus 200 hours supervised, hands-on gym time. You will also have a practical internship with 6 months of hands-on experience in a fitness facility with a personal trainer.
Certification - On successful graduation, you will receive two credentials:
- 500 Hour State-Approved Department of Education Diploma in Personal Training:
The NPTI diploma requires no upkeep of Continuing Education Courses (CEC's) and never needs to be renewed. It will increase your maximum earning potential and allow you to have the 200 hours of hands-on knowledge that will further distinguish you from other trainers seeking employment in the field.
- CPT (Certified Personal Training) Certification from the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine):
The NASM Certification combined with a State Diploma will prepare you to be one of the most qualified personal trainers in the industry. NPTI is NASM's largest academic partner in North America.
