Program Description
6 hours a day, from Monday to Friday, this is an intensive program that can make a learner to have great practice ability in weeks! This program aims to TCM practical application for practitioners and self healers.
TCM theories are taught but not circumscribed in. Case-treatments for Chronic and Acute Pain, Neurological Disorders, Upper Respiratory Disorders, Digestive Disorders, Urinary and Reproductive Disorders etc. will be detailedly studied as an important part of this program.
The program is scheduled to begin with the Basic Theory of Chinese Medicine, through Classic Theory of Chinese Medicine including Meridians, Acupoints, Techniques of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, and Acupuncture Therapeutics and unique Acupuncture and Moxibustion treatment for different patients with different diseases, and finally give the students hospital probation.
All the profound theories of the course will be explained in simple language in English with the aim of helping students to understand clearly and fully. And the professional and sufficient clinical practices ensure the practical application after completing this program.
Introductory Course of Acupuncture and Moxibustion
Course Description
3-month Acupuncture and Moxibustion Program of Introductory Level is offered to those who possess no prior education of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) but interested in learning TCM. Combine theory with practice; classroom lectures with clinical practice is to be followed. Apart from the traditional way of learning of sitting through classes, participants also get valuable opportunity of practicing in a local clinic as a group of 4 or 5 learners. The course is recognized by the World Health Organization.

Teaching Method

Teaching Purpose and Requirements
Through 3 months study, the participants will be able to acquire a brief understanding of basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine and a preliminary mastery of fundamentals of acupuncture and moxibustion in relation to basic techniques of manipulation and locations of about 120 commonly - used points as well as therapeutic methods of treating about 25 kinds of common diseases by applying the theory of differentiating syndromes according to channels and collaterals.

Program Introduction
6 hours/day 5 days/week, you'll practice in a REAL hospital facing real patients by following the real working day of a TCM doctor in TCM hospital. You'll gain valuable experience in learning treatments skills with Acupuncture & Moxibustion, Tuina, Observe-Smell-Ask-Pulse Diagnosis, TCM herbal prescriptions, TCM Medicine and other main TCM treatment skills.

26-day Taiji / Qigong / Mandarin Combined Course in Shanghai
Course Description
The 26-day Taiji / Qigong / Mandarin combined course consists of 2 kinds of classes: Qigong and basic Mandarin classes. Classes will be given by licensed experts and explained in simple language in English with the aim of helping students to understand well. You will also be given instructions in practice.
With this course, you're fully exposed in typical Chinese cultures as well as Chinese language in a short time.
The Qigong class covers 5 skills - Taiji, Yijin Jing, Ba Duan Jin, Five-Animal Game and Liu Zi Jue.
The Mandarin class covers Pin Yin, daily dialogue, gramma and real-life instructions.
Acupuncture Clinical Internship / Probation / Practice Program in China
6 hours / day, 5 days / week, you'll practice / probate in a REAL hospital facing real patients by following the real working day of a TCM doctor in TCM hospital.

Apart from the traditional way of learning of sitting through classes, participants also get valuable opportunity during the last month of the program to follow with TCM teachers at local clinic.
The 3-month Acupuncture and Moxibustion Program of Advanced Level is offered to health care providers graduated from a medical university or college, or licensed in their countries or regions, or with certain practical experience and with minimum high school education.
Through three months study, the participants will be able to acquire a complete understanding of basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine, a systematic knowledge of channels and collaterals and a perfect mastery of about 250 points and the clinical techniques of acupuncture in relation to the differentiation, methods of treatment and prescriptions of 40 common diseases and some difficult diseases according to the theories of traditional Chinese medicine.

Teaching Purpose and Requirements
Through three months study, the participants will be able to acquire a complete understanding of basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine, a systematic knowledge of channels and collaterals and a perfect mastery of about 250 points and the clinical techniques of acupuncture in relation to the differentiation, methods of treatment and prescriptions of 40 common diseases and some difficult diseases according to the theories of traditional Chinese medicine.
Schedule
The 1st period: 3 weeks (from the 1st to the 2nd week)
The participants are required to have a brief understanding of the development of acupuncture and a complete knowledge of the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine. A systematic understanding of channels and a further mastery of about 250 points is required.
The 2nd period: 3 weeks (from the 3rd week to the 13th week).
The participants are required, through clinical practice, to have a perfect knowledge of the treating principles, treating methods and the basic principles for prescription and selection of the points, and a relatively perfect mastery of the commonly used points and acupuncture techniques, in relation to the clinical treatment of about 40 diseases. The participants are also required to deepen their understanding of some acupuncture theories through the lectures on special topics.
Evaluation and Certificate
A final examination will be held at the end of the program. Certificate will be issued to the participants who pass the examination successfully.
