Our school buildings offer comfortable classrooms throughout, to ensure that training is both enjoyable and effective.

Most training is carried out at the City campus. The campus has fully equipped computer labs, classrooms, a student kitchenette, library, and student common area.

4. We provide all successful graduates with a Certificate and Statement of Results on completion of their studies.

SSBT has fully equipped commercial cookery training kitchen facilities located at Ultino Kitchen, C10, 372-428 Wattle Street, Sydney, NSW 2007.

- Ultimo Kitchen is located on the corner of Wattle & Macarthur streets, Ultimo
- The nearest bus stops (route 273 and route 157) are about 100m in Willoughby road.
- The nearest railway station is Central minutes walk to this station from the kitchen.

Students are provided with a user id and password to login to the ssbt intranet. This enables a student to store class work or personal information, browse the internet and to print out documents through out the campus.
