The purpose of this course is to provide to meet the needs of small businesses that require a qualification providing broad, general financial skills and knowledge for persons typically employed as Payroll Clerks, Accounts Clerks, Bookkeeper, Accounts Receivable Clerks and Accounts Payable Clerks.

Diploma of Accounting:
The purpose of Diploma of Accounting in Financial Services is to meet the needs of businesses that require a qualification providing broad accounting skills and knowledge for persons typically employed as Assistant Accountant, Office Managers, Administration Managers and Budget Officers. The Diploma of Accounting also provides an exit point for those not wishing to complete the Advanced Diploma of Accounting.

Advanced Diploma of Accounting:
The purpose of this course is to meet the needs of businesses that require a qualification providing broad accounting skills and knowledge in several areas including Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Budgeting and Forecasts, Taxation, Financial Record Maintenance, and Computerised Accounting.

Certificate III in Business Administration:

Advanced Diploma of Hospitality:

The course provides the students the knowledge to understand and practice OH & S issues that are required in a professional operation, the basic understanding of work behaviour and manners needed to fit into kitchen operations, purchasing systems, financial management, sales and marketing, and budgeting staff management, Human recourse requirements. At the end of the course the Student would have fulfilled the necessary competencies required to gain the Advanced Diploma in Hospitality.

NB – The ADH qualification is not a standalone qualification, having Certificate III (Commercial Cookery) embedded in it. 

Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery):
The aim of this course is to guide students to become competent in a kitchen operation. The course outlines the skill required preparing, cooking and serving food. It focuses on each of the different categories of food cooking methods and practical skills. The course also provides the knowledge to understand and practice hygiene and safety issues that are required in a professional operation. Also covered are the basic understanding of work behaviour and manners needed to fit into an operation. A compulsory period of Industry Experience in an approved commercial kitchen is part of this course. On fulfilling all the necessary requirements, students obtain a Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) in Australia.
