At GC, we encourage conscious learning – i.e. the onus of learning is on the student – to identify his/her learning needs and aims, to use the given structures in ways best suited to achieve these aims, and to engage in ongoing self-assessment and interaction with the facilitator to derive the maximum from the course.

The onus is also on the facilitator to help the student actualize their inner aspirations and effectuate these through the learning process.

The students are encouraged to source knowledge from a deeper, wider and higher consciousness – and make it a living and dynamic reality in life. Reflective and application-oriented assignments are built into the program, along with those aiming at conceptual clarity.

The facilitator involves the students individually in action research or projects to deepen this process of integrative knowledge. The facilitator guides each one according to their needs and interests, while keeping to the overall aims and learning outcomes of the program.

Facilitator-student interaction in Online programs also happens through various modes, such as, e-mail, phone calls, webinars/ Skype.
