Our guitar summer camp in UK 2026 will be hosted by Giggleswick School, a co-educational day and boarding school in a beautiful part of North Yorkshire, England. It is accessible from all parts of the UK through excellent road, rail and air links (Approximately 380km from London, 57 km from Leeds, and 100km from Manchester). The closest international airport is Manchester International Airport, just 70 miles away, with direct flights from major cities in UK, USA & Europe).

International Music (Guitar) & Language Summer Course 2026:
Course Duration: 2 weeks in July. Boarding & non-residential options available.

LMFL provides instrumental tuition from highly-experienced and fully-qualified teachers and internationally-known performers.

Keen amateurs can choose from a wide range of strings, brass, and wind instruments, including guitar and bass (acoustic and electric), violin, viola, cello, piano, drums and many more.

Participants are required to have a minimum of Level 6 or 7 in one instrument. However, the second or third instrument can be a lower grade.

Other class options include:
Orchestra Conducting; Chamber Music; Music Composition; Music Theory; Trinity Exam Preparation & much more.

Language options:
Learn in very small groups (5-6 maximum) or through one to one tuition. Choose from: English; Spanish; French; Italian; German. The IELTS English test preparation course can be studied either 1 -1 or in group tuition & will be for 17+ year olds.

Young musicians under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. However, we will accept unaccompanied children from the age of 11 who are at an advanced level and known to us from attending a previous LMFL course.

LMFL also offers a music summer camp in Florence, Italy for adults, teenagers (16+).
