Loss Prevention Training:
The Loss Prevention Academy/WZ Academy offers online, e-Learning courses in Loss Prevention (LP) to students worldwide. We have developed courses for the individual interested in getting into loss prevention and for those that are in the field and want to move up. Are courses are excellent for small business owners to combat the effects of shortage and safety.

At the Loss Prevention Academy we offer online, E-Learning courses for retail loss prevention (LP). Our courses are "position based":

- LP for Employees (2 hours)
- LP for Managers    (10 hours)
- LP Detective (available in English and Spanish) (10 hours)
- Safety for Retail  (10 hours)
- WZ Investigative Interviewing (10 hours)
- LP "Master" Course.  Four courses offered at a reduced price.  Over 40 hours of online, e-learning for Loss Prevention.

For those new to the business, LP Detective is a great start and can be built on with the Loss Prevention for Managers course. For hourly employees, the Loss Prevention for Employees is a great 2 hour course on the basics of shortage control and safety.  We are pleased to partner with the trusted leaders in Interviewing and Interrogation training, Wikclander (WZ) to offer their online course via our site.

E-learning:
E-Learning is the new blackboard for training. It offers quality material to someone whereever there is a computer and an internet connection. All of our courses are online offering a student the opportunity to complete the training at their own pace wherever there is a computer and an internet connection.  E-Learning goes beyond an E-Book format and offers the training material with voice over, interactions and quizzes after each module followed by a final test at the end of the course.  When you pass the final test, you will be able to print a certificate of completion immediately from the site and email up to 5 people that you successfully passed the course.

The courses we offer are for people who are interested in getting into Retail Loss Prevention or those in the field that want some additional training. You will find us to be the only online, E-Learning provider for Loss Prevention training world-wide.  Shrink and Safety are not limited to any Country.  Our courses apply to any retailer in the world.

We now how have a second site for Wicklander-Zulawski (WZ) courses.   This site offers two courses, one for Loss Prevention and one for Human Resources/Employee Relations.

To complement the training, we also offer awareness posters to “keep the message” in front of employees within the Store or Distribution Center. Because the targeted audience ranges in age from 17-22 years old, we offer modern day communication themes for this age group to increase retention of the messages.

We are the only site offering online training for the proven methods of interviewing and interrogation developed by Wicklander-Zulawski (WZ).  The have partnered with us to expand their training past the classroom and we are pleased they have selected us to accomplish this.
