We provide a wide range of short-term and long-term culinary training programs year-round and in summer to students from around the world, as well as internship programs in world-renowned Tuscany. Professional Chef Training Courses:
Chef Training + Restaurant Internship:
This is an ideal combined program for those who want to reach a higher professional career level through cooking practice and challenges. Students take internships in first-class restaurants.
Italian Cuisine Chef Training Course:
Duration: 8 weeks
The objective of this course is to thoroughly train professional chefs. Through studying dishes by each region and category, students acquire high-level cooking skills and all-round knowledge of Italian cuisine.
Italian Cuisine Quick Learning Course:
Duration: 6 weeks
This is a short version of the Chef Perfect Training course, and puts equal focus on enjoying the journey of Italian culinary world globally as well asacquiring skills and knowledge in the kitchen.
Italian Home Cooking Classes:
Duration: Flexible (1 week, 2 weeks, up to 6 months)
The lessons are held 4 days per week for 3-4 hours each day.
In just 1 month, you can learn as many as 64-80 recipes. Lessons take place in a small groups of around 5 people everyday, followed with lunch (or dinner) together.
Restaurant Internship Course:
Duration: Flexible (3-36 months)
Restaurant Internship is intended for those who want to work in Italian restaurant, who work already as a chef, who aspires to open their own restaurant in future, to become food coordinator or gourmet reporter, etc.
Specialized Italian Culture / Cooking Courses:
• Barista course: 1-week or 2-week course that can be combined with an internship at a bar.
• Gelato course: 2-week course. On completion, you can choose to experience a long-term internship in a Gelato shop.
• Sommelier course: 1-week course
• Italian Cooking Summer course (2, 4, 6, 8, or 12-week study options)
• Italian Cooking Christmas / Winter course (1-5 weeks in December / January)
