• Work closely with the sales team to understand and support customer needs.
• Analyze customer needs and contribute to proposals, gathering market insights.
• Coordinate with operational departments to ensure smooth handling of business.
• Maintain correct and transparent pricing.
• Contribute to the Benelux pricing strategy and optimize profitability.
• Ensure all agreements are executed correctly, focusing on quality, pricing, reporting, and customer satisfaction.
• Support the Customer Success process by monitoring customer needs and contributing to improved volumes and results.
• Build and maintain a strong network of customers and carriers.

• At least 5 years of experience in Air Freight Forwarding, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong network within the Airfreight industry and familiarity with stakeholders.
• Team player with a commercial mindset and ability to spot new opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial, ambitious and able to plan and manage work independently.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
