We are seeking an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to support the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers to oversee project planning, procurement coordination, financial tracking, risk management, and performance reporting.

• Coordinate long-, medium-, and short-term procurement planning across multiple projects.
• Monitor the timely preparation of project specifications and procurement documentation.
• Prepare and track project KPIs related to schedule, budget, investment, and quality.
• Review and validate project financial plans and schedules.
• Ensure project risk assessments are complete and consistently evaluated.
• Support procurement activities, including framework agreements and mini-tender processes.
• Monitor purchase order volumes and ensure accurate cost allocation to projects.
• Prepare project reports and provide administrative support to Project Managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Business Administration

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Management Officer (PMO) or in a similar project support role.
• Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, utilities, construction, or energy projects
  .
• Knowledge of project planning, procurement coordination, budgeting, KPI reporting, and project governance.
• Understanding of project risk management principles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to consolidate and present information from multiple stakeholders in a structured manner.
• Experience with Microsoft Office
  , SAP
  , and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or similar).

• Experience in the power transmission, power distribution, or energy sector
  .
• Knowledge of electrical engineering and energy transmission/distribution systems.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, framework agreements, and tender management.
