- Führen der Areal- und Projektentwicklungen sowie der beteiligten Planerteams unter Anwendung gängiger Projektmanagement-Tools und unter Einhaltung vereinbarter Projektziele (Qualität, Kosten, Termine)
- Klärung und Sicherstellung planungsrechtlicher Rahmenbedingungen von Immobilienentwicklungen
- Erstellung von Machbarkeitsstudien
- Durchführung von Wettbewerbsverfahren und Planerwahlverfahren
- Aufzeigen von Nutzungsszenarien in Projektentwicklungen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium als Architekt/in ETH und eine immobilien-ökonomische Weiterbildung (z.B. CUREM) von Vorteil
- Ausgewiesene Berufserfahrung in der Führung von Projekt- und Arealentwicklungen
- Flair für baukulturelle Fragestellungen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Analytische, kommunikative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
- Erfahrung im Mitgestalten innovativer Ideen in der Projektentwicklung
