Herzlich willkommen im Kantonsspital Aarau AG. Wir suchen eine Führungspersönlichkeit für das Team Lagerungspflege in einem anspruchsvollen OP-Umfeld. Sie entwickeln fachlich und organisatorisch die Lagerungspflege weiter und gestalten die Inbetriebnahme des Neubaus aktiv mit.
Sie führen etwa 25 Mitarbeitende, sichern hochwertige Patientenlagerung und koordinieren die täglichen Abläufe. Erste Führungserfahrung sowie Interesse an Führung/Management werden vorausgesetzt.
