Das Kantonsspital Aarau sucht eine/n Mitarbeitende zur Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Berufsbildung sowie zur Zivildienstkoordination. Die Position ist 60-70% nach Vereinbarung und unbefristet.
Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für Rekrutierung, Ausbildung und Betreuung kaufmännischer Lernender und steuern Massnahmen zur Erreichung von Ausbildungszielen. Zudem leiten Sie die Gruppe Berufsbildung und betreuen Lernenden-Events sowie Projekte.
