As a Production Administrator, you will provide essential support to the Contents and Emergency team by managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.

The Technical Side of What You’ll Do
  • Complete employee timecards daily for both the Contents and Emergency departments
  • Maintain and upload supply sheets daily for the Contents department
  • Provide backup support for the Emergency department for scheduling and dispatching and resolving problems
  • Reconcile temporary labour invoices to timesheets and review invoice discrepancies
  • Provide backup support to the Contents Administrator
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role preferably within the restoration or construction industry
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
