Provide administrative and filing support to our team on a full-time, temporary basis. Fixed term contract from March 16 - May 1.

• Scan, organize, and file tax documents and supporting materials to maintain accurate and complete client records.
• Assemble finalized tax return packages (digital and/or physical), ensuring all required forms and attachments are included.
• Email and correspond with clients to request missing information, provide completed returns, and coordinate signatures or approvals.
• Other miscellaneous administrative duties to support the team.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
• Demonstrates good organizational skills.
• Must have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to type 30 WPM.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior office experience considered an asset.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
