Previous automotive dealership experience is preferredProven success in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented administrative roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organization, time‑management, and multitasking abilitiesCustomer‑focused with a desire to exceed expectationsComfortable with MS Office, Outlook, internet platforms, and online listing toolsValid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstractCreative, tech‑savvy, and familiar with digital marketing platforms (Craigslist, Auto Trader, social media, etc.)Schedule: Full‑Time;
Monday to Friday
Compensation: $22 – $24 per hour
What Your Day Will Look Like:
Manage online vehicle listings: create ads, upload photos, and ensure accuracy across platforms
Update and monitor vehicle presence on digital platforms dailyReceive and stock in all incoming retail vehiclesMaintain and organize pre‑owned inventory pouches for quick accessCoordinate reconditioning work and vendor services for pre‑owned inventoryCreate and manage purchase orders for internal and external requestsAssist sales management with marketing initiatives and tracking toolsSupport inventory merchandising including photo editing when neededGenerate Auto Trader ads and ensure all content aligns with current promotions and inventorySupport general administrative duties and assist with dealership functions as requiredUphold Genesis Langley’s brand standards in all customer and team interactionsApply Now and take the next step in your automotive career!
