  • Who We’re Looking For:

  • Previous automotive dealership experience is preferred
  • Proven success in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented administrative role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization, time‑management, and multitasking abilities
  • Customer‑focused with a desire to exceed expectations
  • Comfortable with MS Office, Outlook, internet platforms, and online listing tools
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
  • Creative, tech‑savvy, and familiar with digital marketing platforms (Craigslist, Auto Trader, social media, etc.)
  • Schedule: Full‑Time;
    Monday to Friday

    Compensation: $22 – $24 per hour

    What Your Day Will Look Like:

    Manage online vehicle listings: create ads, upload photos, and ensure accuracy across platforms

  • Update and monitor vehicle presence on digital platforms daily
  • Receive and stock in all incoming retail vehicles
  • Maintain and organize pre‑owned inventory pouches for quick access
  • Coordinate reconditioning work and vendor services for pre‑owned inventory
  • Create and manage purchase orders for internal and external requests
  • Assist sales management with marketing initiatives and tracking tools
  • Support inventory merchandising including photo editing when needed
  • Generate Auto Trader ads and ensure all content aligns with current promotions and inventory
  • Support general administrative duties and assist with dealership functions as required
