Right at Home Canada Fraser Valley is hiring a part time Scheduler to support operations in our Abbotsford office. The role requires 20 hours a week plus weekend availability for holiday work. Your tasks will include handling service inquiries, scheduling caregivers per client needs, and ensuring efficient tracking of employee leaves and hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone inquiries and document client needs in CMS

• Schedule employees for client care and notify staff

• Monitor schedules for conflicts and urgent changes

• Upload onboarding documents for clients and staff into software

• Manage caregiver inventory and assist in office tasks

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma; recognized program in HCA, PSW, or MOA preferred

• Experience in home care or senior services advantageous

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software

• Initiative and ability to solve challenges effectively

• Must be available for occasional holiday shifts
