As the Supervisor, you will oversee a team of 1-6 administrative staff and streamline office operations in line with CLBC's Vision, Mission, and Values. Your expertise will not only contribute to service delivery but also foster a compliant and inclusive workplace that advocates for adults with developmental disabilities and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly manage administrative support staff across teams
• Ensure effective task assignment and review processes
• Handle contract expenditure tracking with service providers
• Maintain and manage inventory of office equipment
• Assist in collective agreement administration and related matters
Requirements:
• Proven leadership and employee management skills
• Experience in project development and budget oversight
• Ability to maintain tact and diplomacy in all interactions
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Minimum Grade 12 education plus relevant training or experience
