In this role, you will be responsible for developing a compliant and efficient administrative environment by overseeing staff duties and ensuring the highest standards are met. By fostering an inclusive workplace, you will help build a community that embraces and supports adults with developmental disabilities and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise 1-6 administrative support staff
• Oversee workload assignment and productivity
• Address conflicts and resolve work priorities efficiently
• Monitor expenditures and coordinate with accounts
• Manage furniture and equipment maintenance needs
Requirements:
• Demonstrated applied leadership in previous roles
• Experience managing projects and budgets effectively
• Proven ability to guide and motivate a team
• Proficiency in administrative procedures and protocols
• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent training with relevant experience
