In this mid-level position, you will oversee the administration of jobsite equipment and provide vital support in sourcing rentals. The Equipment Coordinator is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and safety within the Aecon Utilities division. You will utilize your organizational and communication skills to coordinate needs across various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and coordinate equipment rentals for job sites
• Maintain necessary equipment lists and perform rentals reconciliation
• Generate various reports on equipment utilization and safety
• Allocate assets effectively to jobsites and oversee transfers
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding equipment processes
Requirements:
• Knowledge of construction equipment and administration
• Experience in project or equipment coordination is an asset
• Proficient with MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Strong communication skills in written and verbal form
Utilize your expertise in equipment coordination to support Aecon's infrastructure projects while ensuring safe and effective operations.
