Position: Operations Coordinator for Student Success
Support UFV's operational functions as an Operations Coordinator, enhancing the student experience in Abbotsford. This role focuses on project management and administrative support.
In this permanent position, you will play a key role in facilitating events and coordinating essential tasks within the VP, Students division. With your strong background in post-secondary operations, you’ll ensure effective collaboration with various stakeholders, manage competing demands, and provide support to exempt leaders. Your detail-oriented approach and communication skills will help foster a positive student environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate coordination of projects and events for students

• Provide administrative support to leaders within the division

• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners

• Manage multiple competing priorities with ease

• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive situations
Requirements:

• Completed a two-year diploma in a related field

• Minimum of three years hands-on experience

• Strong organizational and communication capabilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial reporting

• Experience with web content management is a plus
