Position Title:
Project Administrator (6-month contract)

Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada
6‑month contract role with possibility of extension depending on business needs.
OpportunityThis role provides administrative and project coordination support, ensuring efficient documentation, tracking, and smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced construction environment.
What You’ll Do Here- Interpret and apply company policies, procedures, and project requirements with accuracy.
- Maintain and manage organized data tracking systems to support project efficiency.
- Oversee document control processes, including organizing project files, records, and site photos.
- Accurately enter and track time and equipment data.
- Process packing slips, supplier invoices, and receiving documentation in a timely manner.
- Prepare and update locate packages to support project activities.
- Assist with billing processes and ongoing project tracking and reporting.
- Provide administrative support, including printing, filing, and document preparation.
- Support the team with additional administrative and coordination tasks as required.
- Previous experience in an administrative role; experience within the construction industry is considered an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline staff to senior leadership.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with financial systems is considered an asset.
- Experience working with SAP is an asset.
$45,000 – $60,000. Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience and unique skills.
