6‑month contract role with possibility of extension depending on business needs.

Opportunity

This role provides administrative and project coordination support, ensuring efficient documentation, tracking, and smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced construction environment.

What You’ll Do Here
  • Interpret and apply company policies, procedures, and project requirements with accuracy.
  • Maintain and manage organized data tracking systems to support project efficiency.
  • Oversee document control processes, including organizing project files, records, and site photos.
  • Accurately enter and track time and equipment data.
  • Process packing slips, supplier invoices, and receiving documentation in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and update locate packages to support project activities.
  • Assist with billing processes and ongoing project tracking and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support, including printing, filing, and document preparation.
  • Support the team with additional administrative and coordination tasks as required.
What You Bring to the Team
  • Previous experience in an administrative role; experience within the construction industry is considered an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline staff to senior leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with financial systems is considered an asset.
  • Experience working with SAP is an asset.
Salary Range

$45,000 – $60,000. Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience and unique skills.
