Take on an essential role as an Administrative Assistant, coordinating HR activities and daily operations on-site. Your expertise in office software will be crucial in maintaining efficient workflows.
This position requires at least one year of experience and strong skills in MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel. As an Administrative Assistant, you will manage seminars, schedule appointments, and handle electronic inquiries while ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Arrange and coordinate seminars and conferences
• Plan daily operations and manage appointment schedules
• Maintain digital databases and perform data entry
• Order supplies and maintain inventory levels
• Greet visitors and direct them accordingly
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant administrative experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook and Power Point
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must pass a criminal record check
