In this pivotal role, you will report to the Superintendent, ensuring efficient operation and management of equipment and vehicles across North America. Key responsibilities include sourcing equipment rentals, maintaining lists, and conducting site audits. Your proven communication skills and attention to detail will help facilitate onboarding and improve equipment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and coordinate job site equipment rentals efficiently
• Maintain accurate equipment lists and reports
• Allocate equipment assets to various job sites
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of equipment
• Coordinate GPS solutions and installations
Requirements:
• Knowledge of construction equipment and administration
• Intermediate skills in MS Office applications
• Ability to learn SAP and new programs
• Independent worker with organization skills
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration
