In this position, you will handle client requests, maintain files, and assist with paperwork to facilitate a smooth workflow. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative tasks for clients
• Assist with paperwork and reporting processes
• Respond to client inquiries via phone and in person
• Maintain and update Financial Advisor files
• Process transactions and follow up accordingly
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
