As an essential member of the International Programs team, you will support the VP by fostering effective operational frameworks. With your proactive approach, you’ll manage schedules, coordinate multi-country events, and maintain vital data systems. This role requires a minimum of 4-5 years in administrative or operations roles, ensuring every logistical detail aligns with FH Canada's broader objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage schedules, documentation, and correspondence
• Coordinate the Partner Summit and workshops logistics
• Test and implement program management software
• Maintain partner records and impact tracking tools
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 4-5 years of administrative experience
• Familiarity with international development is an asset
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and digital tools
• Strong communication skills in a remote setting
