Aecon is seeking a Project Administrator for a 6-month contract based in Abbotsford, British Columbia. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support in a dynamic construction environment.
As a Project Administrator, you will facilitate project efficiency by managing documentation and supporting data tracking systems. Your expertise will contribute to ensuring all project requirements are met effectively while working closely with team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret and apply company policies with precision
• Maintain organized and efficient data tracking systems
• Control and organize project documentation and records
• Enter and track relevant time and equipment data
• Assist with billing processes and project reporting
Requirements:
• Experience in administrative roles, preferably in construction
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite tools
• Experience with SAP is advantageous
